We want you to love your David Macllian fan. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
How to Return
Contact our customer service team at supportteamnow@davidmacllian.com to initiate a return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your returned item.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your fan for a different design, please contact us and we will arrange the exchange.
